If you can’t connect with your friend in Dark Souls 3 multiplayer mode, try these steps:
- First you need an item called “Ember” in-game.
- And in addition to that you need “Password Matching”, for that, go to your system and go to Network settings in-game.
- Turn Matchmaking “ON”
- Make a unique password (Make sure both of you have same password)
- Now go to the shrine and use Ember to summon your friend.
