Many users complain about the constant appearance of new error «Rockstar update service is unavailable (code 213)». This error appeared only recently and at this point in time there is only one solution for it.

Solution:
- Make sure that you have the latest version of the Social Club, when you run GTA 5 look in the lower right corner where you can see the program version. If you have 1.1.3.5 version – you need an update! — Download last version Rockstar Games Social Club
- If the Social club update does not help you can only wait for the new update release on December 15.
- According to the players, the error code 213 is usually solved by itself, if you go to the game the next day.
