The Clan Emblem shows up on the Website but not in game
A Clan Emblem being properly displayed on the clan management website but not appearing in game, may relate to an issue with the WoT game client or the cached data of the WoT game client.
To resolve this issue, please follow all the steps mentioned in the following article: How to start WoT in safe mode.
The Clan Emblem has no transparent background
Clan emblems may be created with the following file formats:
- GIF, PNG, BMP, JPG, JPEG

Only PNG and GIF support transparencies.
The Clan Emblem does not appear anywhere
The upload was not successful or partially successful
There might be times that after uploading a new Clan Emblem, the operation is not successful.
If you were however debited 500 gold for the operation, and you already attempted the steps mentioned above to see the Emblem, please submit a ticket with the following information:
- A screenshot of the Clan management page, showing the uploaded emblems.
- Please tell us the date and time of your Clan Emblem change attempt.

Add the new Clan Emblem images, in the following sizes (pixels):
- 256×256, 195×195, 64×64, 32×32, 24×24
Please make sure that your emblem fully adheres to the Game Rules. Section 3
The Clan Emblem was taken down by Support
There might be times that Support is sadly forced to take action against an inappropriate Clan Emblem.
Should this happen, please create a new Emblem which fully adheres to the Game Rules. Section 3
Once you have the new Emblem ready, Support will upload your new Clan Emblem at no cost.
Please submit a ticket with the following information:
- The new Clan Emblem images, in the following sizes (pixels):
- 256×256, 195×195, 64×64, 32×32, 24×24
