Method 1:

1. Go to social club folder: C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games
2. Delete it completly
3. Go to the download page Rockstar Games Social Club and download Social Club 1.1.6.0 there

1. Exit Grand Theft Auto V
2. Go to Grand Theft Auto V folder (Default location: «C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V»)
