Skills and perks are mastered constantly, but your crew can only learn one skill/perk at any given time. If you want them to learn a new skill or perk instead of the current one, you need to drop the current one. However later on, you will be able to restore the skill/perk you dropped.
When you reset the skills/perks you can select between three options for skills experience restoration:
- Maximum (Tank Academy):
For 200 Gold, all mastered skills/perks are dropped. Experience, spent on their upgrading, is entirely converted into «free» experience for the crew member and can be spent on training other skills/perks.
- High (Regimental School):
If done for 20 000 credits, all mastered skills/perks are dropped. 90% of the experience spent on their upgrading, is converted into «free» experience for the crew member and can be spent on training other skills/perks.
- Low (Rapid Courses):
Free of charge — all mastered skills/perks are dropped. 80% of the experience spent on their upgrading, is converted into «free» experience crew member and can be spent on training other skills/perks.
In order to drop skills/perks, please do the following:
- Open the Personal file of the crew member and press «Drop».
- Select one of 3 available options as stated above and press «Drop».
- Confirm your choice by pressing the «Drop» button.
