Red Dead Redemption will be released on Xbox One July 8

Finally! Rockstar Games is pleased to announce: Red Dead Redemption will be available on Xbox One because of backward compatibility program and run the game on a new console could be as early as this Friday, July 8.

Every owner of an Xbox 360 version of Red Dead Redemption will be able to play it on the Xbox One, regardless of the available issues: whether the original Red Dead Redemption, Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare or Red Dead Redemption: Game of the Year Edition.

In addition, all interested and non-game version for Xbox 360 will be able to purchase the Xbox One-version of Red Dead Redemption in the Xbox Store.
