Since the release of update 1.1 for Tom Clancy’s The Division earlier in the month, the game has seen a considerable amount of bugs and glitches hamper the community’s experience and put Ubisoft Massive under pressure to make it right.

Tom Clancy’s The Division

The first step towards doing that will take place tomorrow during a scheduled maintenance for the game, where Ubisoft will patch issues with the Falcon Lost Incursion and other gameplay and user interface issues.

Community Manager Natchai Stappers detailed the changelog for the maintenance on the Ubisoft Blog, of which you can view below.

Here is the list of changes implemented during the maintenance of April 21:

Falcon Lost

  • The APC will now only take damage from C4
  • Characters will now be killed when going inside the spawn closet

Gameplay

  • Weapon mods added automatically to a newly crafted weapon can now be deconstructed properly

UI

  • Fixed an issue where items from the Reward Claim Vendor would be granted abnormally
  • PC: Fixed an issue where using ASCII code in in-game chat could lead to client crash

Will be interesting to see if the fixes do their job or cause more issues for The Division. It’s unknown what time exactly the maintenance will take place but we’ll let you know if it comes to out attention.

Ubisoft has promised to make amends this weekend with free Phoenix Credits for players but has also warned those who used the Falcon Lost exploit that punishment is on the way.
