How to fix connectivity errors in Tom Clancy’s The Division?

The Division release brought to the players many interesting feeling about the game, but also many were faced with different errors. In this article we present the solution for all connectivity issues that may arise during connection to the game.

  1. First of all be sure to shut down and the enable UPnP in the router. Just reset your router and do this option every time you change setting in the game or try to connect to multiplayer. In case if you cannot connect just flush DNS cache. For this follow the next steps:
  2. Press Start
  3. Type cmd in search box of the Start menu
  4. Open Command Prompt and run it as Administrator
  5. Type the following command: ipconfig /flushdns

After this change the DNS address to google DNS 8.8.8.8. Don’t forget to note down your current DNS to revert it back if this option will not help you to fix connectivity issues in The Division.

There is also one solution for PC versions of the game. If you have the beta-version of the game on your PC or Laptop be sure to follow the next path: /My Documents/My Games/The Division/. After that just delete all the files from this folder and restart the game.
