No game is complete without errors. And a new part of Tsivilization by Firaxis Games is no exception. The only good news is that most of them can be corrected with a few clicks. However, there are those that will need to solve a little longer.
The main reasons for failure to run the game
– First, check whether your system has the minimum requirements of the project:
OS: Windows 7 64-bit / Remember that Civ VI does not support 32-bit operating systems
Processor: Intel Core i3 2.5 GHz or AMD Phenom II 2.6 GHz
RAM: 4 GB
Hard Drive: 12 GB or more
Graphics: 1 GB DirectX 11 Video Card (AMD or nVidia 5570 450)
– Secondly, find out whether Civ VI is correctly installed on your computer. To do this, right-click on the game in the Steam library and select the tab “Options”> “Local files”> “Check cache integrity.”
– Third, update the video card driver or disable the antivirus.
Civilization VI crashes – solution
The problem lies in the “Windows Defender”. In Win10, click on the “Start”> “Settings”> “Menu and Security”> “Delete folder”. If this does not help, then eliminate all the Steam folder. Also it did not work? In search window find the “Windows Firewall”, then select the “Enable application or function.” Scroll down the list until such time until you see Civ VI. In the most extreme case, just turn off ” Windows Defender”.
Sound problems in Civilization VI
The sound is running too fast or non-existent? Lower quality. Click the folder “Options” in the Main Menu, select the “Sound” and lower quality to 16 bits.
Missing .dll files
Start with a reinstall or upgrade DirectX. You should also perform a check for updates through the “Windows Update” in the “Settings” menu. Restart the computer immediately after you do it.
Civilization VI freezes on copyright
Most likely, the problem lies in resolution. Turn on the aspect ratio of 16: 9.
Try to launch the game in windowed mode.
