Fortunately, the community of gamers accidentally found a solution. It works only after completion of the mission and return to base.
To load base faster when the screen appears, press Caps Lock to show statistics mission. The game will slow down for a few seconds, after which the key button to continue appears. That’s all. Some players said that the trick really works.
